3. Demo and meeting bookings

  • Provide accurate contact and scheduling information and book only for legitimate business purposes.
  • You are responsible for confirming the date, time, time zone, and attendees shown in the confirmation.
  • If you cannot attend, use the cancellation or rescheduling option in the booking email or contact us promptly.
  • We may reschedule or cancel a meeting when reasonably necessary and will try to notify you using the information provided.
  • Do not place confidential, regulated, or sensitive information in open booking or contact fields.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Attempt to bypass security, disrupt operation, introduce malicious code, scrape at unreasonable volume, or gain unauthorised access.
  • Use automated systems to create false or excessive bookings, send spam, or interfere with meeting availability.

Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement unless stated.

6. Third-party services

The site may embed or link to services operated by others, including Microsoft Bookings, Outlook, and Teams. Their availability, security, and operation are controlled by those providers and may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beevance will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the public site, including loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that law does not permit us to limit.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access to the site or cancel abusive bookings where reasonably necessary to protect users, our systems, or our rights, or to comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Karnataka, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or forum protections that apply where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, both parties should first try in good faith to resolve the issue by contacting the other.
